2. Bookings
A booking is considered confirmed only after the required booking information and applicable payment or deposit have been received and accepted.
Availability is not guaranteed until the booking has been confirmed by MMP Service.
3. Pricing
Prices displayed on our website are package starting or listed prices and may vary depending on project requirements.
Customized projects may have different pricing based on:

- Equipment requirements

4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate project information, including event date, location, timing, and specific requirements.
Clients should ensure that MMP Service has reasonable access to the location and subjects required to complete the agreed service.
5. Scheduling
Clients should arrive or be available at the agreed time.
Delays caused by the client may reduce the available shooting time and may not result in a refund.
6. Location and Travel
Additional travel expenses may apply when a project takes place outside the agreed service area.
Any applicable travel or location charges will be communicated to the client before confirmation whenever reasonably possible.
7. Editing and Deliverables
The final deliverables depend on the selected package or customized agreement.
Photography and video editing involves creative decisions regarding color, composition, cropping, music, transitions, and overall presentation.
Minor variations from sample images or previous work should not be considered a defect.
8. Client Approval
Clients are responsible for communicating important creative preferences before or during the project.
Once final deliverables have been approved or accepted, additional revisions may be subject to additional charges.
9. Copyright
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, MMP Service retains copyright and intellectual property rights in original photographs and videos created by us.
Clients receive the usage rights specified in their package or project agreement.
Unauthorized commercial resale, redistribution, modification, or transfer of original work may require written permission.
10. Portfolio and Promotional Use
MMP Service may request permission to use selected photographs or videos from completed projects for portfolio, website, social media, advertising, or promotional purposes.
Private or confidential projects will be handled according to the agreement with the client.
11. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations and refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.
Clients should review the Refund Policy before confirming a booking.
12. Force Majeure
MMP Service will not be responsible for delays or inability to perform caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, accidents, emergencies, equipment-related events beyond reasonable control, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Where possible, we will attempt to reschedule the service.
